Is it reliable to get a credit card to send things?

I often see that there are credit cards on the roadside to send mosquitoes to the kettle. The things they deliver are not bad. I do n’t know if the card runs the card is reliable or reliable. I heard that you fill in a bank. Is this so many cards?
